Thoughts on Anger

Anger is a normal and valuable human emotion. Anger can help a person to protect themselves and those they care for.  Anger may appear in protest to the loss of a loved one.  Anger can be triggered by what a person believes about a situation.  Anger may mask a sense of vulnerability. For some, anger can quickly escalate to a loss of control.  With counselling, anger can be understood and no longer be the master of the person.  The raging lion of anger can be tamed.
